MANDALAS

Mandala is a term from the sacred Indian language which means circle, center, unity or all. It expresses the idea of a circle within which the world is organized and radiates from the center.
It is found in nature: cells, atoms, flowers, solar system... But it is also a therapeutic tool at the service of self-knowledge and concentration which is expressed in a circular and harmonious design.

Tibetan monks create mandalas about 3 times a year, 4 monks for 3 days, with colored sand. After that they destroy it because they say nothing is permanent. The mandala is symbolic, you cannot take anything with you when you die.
One day you will have to leave.

THE CREATION OF THE MANDALA

Through its center, a mandala guides you through the process of creation, through the journey. Its circular shape, like the main things found in nature and the universe, makes it always inspiring calm, serenity and beauty.

The meaning of the mandala depends on its color, geometric elements and culture. It offers many gifts, it calms the mind, opens the heart and develops clarity.
Creating a mandala is accessible to everyone, from the youngest to the oldest!
